Kevin - Joker
Please send me a picture of this gun.
For the first couple months it worked great. Then it started to lose reliablily, sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't. After I replaced an O-ring it worked great again. Then it stopped working for a while again. I realized that a bolt had been stripped. The way the gun is made is so you can remove the whole valve in one unit. I thought this was great, but I realized that each time the hammer hits the valve it stresses this little bolt. I re-drilled the hole and threaded it for bigger bolts, now it worked great again. Next thing that broke was the quick release pin, a little ball and spring popped out, so I drilled it all the way through and attached a paperclip. Then the ball detent broke. I drilled out the plate and made a new ball detent with paperclip. Bottomline this gun is great....when it works. For a while this
gun will work fine, break, then if you fix it it will work great for years
to come. However, you shouldn't have to fix a gun. But I personally like
the feel of it better than a spyder, but for someone who is not mechanically
inclined or doesn't feel like spending hours fixing it, this gun is not
for them.
